Returns, Exchange Policy, and Problems with Orders

All sales are final

Due to the nature of print-on-demand, all sales are final.

Please consult the size chart displayed with each product for best fit before purchasing. If your item arrives damaged or you receive something you didn't order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include photos of damaged product or product you received in error as well as a note about your replacement preference. Your item will be replaced if it is defective, if the print is of poor quality, if it was damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item.

No refunds are accepted for buyer’s remorse. Due to the nature of print-on-demand, we are not able to offer a refund because you regret your purchase. All garment information is available on the product detail page. The onus is on the customer to research garment materials, quality, texture, etc.

Problems with orders

Any issues with your order must be brought up within 6 weeks after your order was made, or 2 weeks after the product was received/delivered.

Before contacting us, we recommend you reach out to your local post office, as a first step, and ask about your order. 

Upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically emailed to you. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit.

We cannot guarantee that all items included in the shop are in stock at the time of your order.

Products on offer

We reserve the right to modify the content of the site at any time, although we try to keep all of the information on the site as accurate as possible, including images and pricing, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to sending it out, should we find an error in pricing.

Wrong address

If you accidentally supply us with the wrong shipping address and your purchase is lost, the item may be returned to our warehouse. You would be responsible for the additional fee to send this purchase to the correct address.

Item priced incorrectly

In the rare case an item is priced incorrectly, we reserve the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price and/or provide a refund.
